Similar to our interior design services, we work with clients in advising and assisting them on the interior design of their Airbnb or vacation rental. Our goal is to streamline the preparation for your property and get you receiving returns on your investment as soon as possible!

STAGING
Staging Consultation
A staging consultation is typically a discussion focused on addressing all action items required to get a property ready for the market! Most consultations are an hour long. During this time we meet the client and take the time to walk through each room of the client’s home to see what kind of impressions the home gives and observe what changes need to be made to make it more appealing to any buyer. Each room will also get a detailed assessment of what should be done to get it market-ready. These suggestions can include decluttering, repairs, painting, cleaning, furniture arrangement, and decor. The consultation fee will be waived if we are hired to stage the home.

Vacant Staging
A vacant stage often focuses on the main areas of the home that are proven to have the biggest impact. We offer various staging packages that range in size and value, but regardless we always maintain our detail-oriented high-quality standard by bringing in everything from a dining room table to a toothbrush holder.

Occupied Staging
An occupied stage includes decluttering, depersonalizing, and reworking the flow of a home. We incorporate the homeowner's current furnishings but use our experience to highlight them. We will then add our inventory and finishing touches to portray a look that is appealing to buyers.

New Build + Model Homes
Similar to a vacant stage, we work with builders and Realtors to furnish the home with our inventory. We personally recommend staging every room in a brand new home to highlight it’s incredible finishes and help potential buyers truly see themselves living there. Our new build and model home packages come with extended inventory rental options.

Furniture Rental
We offer a wide variety of furniture in many styles. Our furniture rental services can include anything from one item to furnishings for an entire home as well as furniture rental for events. We rent to local staging companies, realtors, set designers, and homeowners.
