We're Renew Home, also affectionately known by our clients as the #RenewCrew. We specialize in interior design and home staging services. Whether it's prepping your home to sell faster and for more, or perfecting the look of your forever home, we're here to help.
Six years ago Laneè Miller, an expert in real estate and home rehab, staged her own flip so that they would sell for more. After, a few agents she knew reached out asking her to stage their listings, which led her to an idea about fulfilling a need in the rapidly growing Utah real estate market, home staging. Starting with a horse trailer and a garage full of her own furniture, Renew Home Staging & Design was born! Years later the Renew Crew has staged downtown urban condos to multimillion-dollar homes and have even been featured in the Salt Lake and St. George Parade of Homes. Renew Home now has one of the largest warehouses in Salt Lake City for staging and design with an incredibly versatile inventory.
If interior design is about personalizing a space, home staging is the complete opposite. Home staging is preparing a home to sell, and the goal with home staging is to neutralize a home so that any potential buyer can envision themselves living in it. We offer services in both home staging and interior design and love working with both realtors and homeowners.
